Thoroughly disappointed in YooTheme (lack of) Support

I am extremely frustrated and quite honestly very angry at the lack of assistance in this forum. For paid software we should either get direct support or at least a high tier of support.

I have left questions over the last 3 weeks that have not been answered at all. You could perhaps tell me to take a flying leap on any of them - at least something. But completely ignoring questions for products I have paid for is deplorable.

how can you justify this behavior?? I am a great fan of your products but your support is terrible.

I totally agree with you and share your frustration and anger.
I asked a question on Feb. 07. On Feb. 17 I included my complaint about the complete absence of support (for which I paid...) in the hidden information because I didn't want to be offensive in public. Still no reaction...

A second question I asked seems to fall into oblivion as well...

Folks same here! I´m totaly disappointed due i knew they had an excellent support some years ago but now it lacks too much!

I aksed a question 13 days ago and still got no answer. this is not amusing if you need to build customer websites and have to be in time with a projectplan. So i think it might be time to move over after beeing more than 6 years customer of yoothemes.
very sad!

completely agree yootheme is just getting worse and worse year after year, they still do great templates and yootheme pro took some time to come around all be it all the templates just look the same so what they are handing out each month remains to be answered. As for support looks like they dont do it, and if they do well its very few and far between, if they want to stay in this game they are going to have to help its members or we will be forced to go else where.
