Grids and galleries in YOOtheme Pro can filter their items by tags or any other taxonomy directly on the page, with smooth animated transitions and no page reload.
When a filter is selected, items transition seamlessly into view. The standout Slide animation lets items fade and move fluidly into their new positions, creating a dynamic filtering experience. Alternatively, you can fade all items in and out at the same time, or add a slight delay for a softer, staggered effect.
You have full control over the filter navigation. Style filters as tabs, subnav, or pills, choose their alignment, order filter tags alphabetically or manually, and add an item to show all results.
The filter navigation is fully responsive. If items wrap on smaller devices, you can keep them in one line instead. Items that extend beyond the container are subtly faded out and can be scrolled horizontally. It’s especially smooth on touch devices, where users can easily swipe through the filter items.
