Menus

In the Menus panel, you can define where menus appear across your website. Publish them to the navbar, header, toolbar, dialog, or the corresponding mobile header positions with just a click.

The panel shows all menus and their items in one place, together with additional options for each item. Add images and subtitles to menu items, and customize dropdowns with multiple columns, custom widths, individual alignment, larger padding, and different menu styles.

For first-level menu items, you can go even further and create custom mega menus with the YOOtheme Pro page builder instead of using standard dropdown menus.

Menu positions define how each menu is displayed in the layout. For example, the navbar position is typically used for the main navigation, while other positions can show smaller subnavigations. The dialog position displays a sidebar or accordion menu. You can also change the menu type for each position, for example to show an icon-based navigation in the toolbar.

Each menu position includes additional settings for menu item images and icons. Set their size, add spacing between image and title, adjust the image alignment for items with subtitles, and allow SVG images to inherit the menu item color.

In Joomla, you can create, edit, or delete menu items directly from the Menus panel without leaving the YOOtheme Pro builder.
