Transform Elements

Sometimes you start with one element and later realize another one would fit better. With the YOOtheme Pro builder, you can transform an element into a different one without setting it up again from scratch.

Select a target element from the element library to turn your current element into another element type. For example, transform a Panel into an Overlay and back again with just a click. All content fields, whether static or dynamic, are preserved, along with all relevant element settings.

You can also transform an element into a preset. In this case, the content fields are preserved, while the preset applies its own layout and styling. Choose a preset from the preset library and instantly preview your content in different layout variations.

This makes it easy to try different presentations for the same content. Switch between grid layouts, galleries, sliders, and other element types to find the best fit without losing your content.
