Connect Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor, then choose the layout that fits best. Keep it compact in one row, stack the fields for narrower spaces, or place the name fields side by side while the email field and button sit below.
You can also decide how much information to ask for. Show just the email field for the fastest signup, or add first and last name fields for a more complete subscriber profile.
Finally, refine the form visually to match the surrounding design. Adjust the field size and gap, switch between a default or blank style, and choose whether to show a button or just a clickable icon inside the input.
