The concept is simple. Create a section or row that is larger than the viewport to define the duration of the animation. Inside it, place a sticky column and add elements with scroll-driven effects. Because the column stays sticky while scrolling, the elements can animate smoothly within the viewport.
Fine-tune every part of the animation with multiple stops along the sequence, easing to control its timing, and offsets to define when it starts and ends in the viewport.
For example, keep a main image sticky in the center while headlines on each side move subtly in opposite directions. Build a two-column layout where text scrolls alongside sticky images that fade smoothly from one to another. Or make a background video sticky while text scrolls over it like film credits for a cinematic effect.
