Everything in Zoo Business is in a single column

And thus, looks nothing like the demo at YooTheme.com. This includes the Frontpage and Details view.

How to fix it?

  • ZOO

Please provide more details:

  • Which Joomla frontend template do you use?

  • Which ZOO template did you select for the app instance in question?

If you use a YOOtheme Warp 7 template, use "UIkit". If you use a YOOtheme Pro template, use "UIkit 3". For all other templates use "Default". Otherwise the CSS might be missing and there is no particular styling.

  • Post a link to your site and the page with the ZOO Business Directory app.

When asking for assistance of any kind please generally post a link to your site and — where applicable — a page showing the subject of your question. A first hand look at the page could possibly tell us more about several aspects regarding current settings, which style you use, the markup in its context, as well as other details which are probably important when it comes to explanations, instructions or troubleshooting.

Without providing sufficient information you will rarely get a spot-on answer because everybody is left to guessing what might be wrong and how to approach your issue.

If you don't want to openly post the URL or it is set "Offline" (Joomla) or otherwise locked (via .htaccess/.htpasswd for instance) just click Edit at the bottom right of your initial question (= the first post in this thread) and then use Add hidden information at the bottom left to provide the required access data.

Anything in the Hidden Information field will only be visible to the YOOtheme support team.

Once there is a page to inspect I will take a look to see what I can suggest.

Thank you

@mike.biolsi

Which ZOO template did you set for the app instance?

Here's a link to a listing, on the Joomla default Protostar template: https://naturallylewis.com/props/item/port-leyden-vacant-restaurant

Protostar does not provide any UIkit assets so the ZOO template to use would be the one named "default".

And here on a YTP template: https://naturallylewis.com/component/zoo/item/industrial-site?Itemid=644

Judging from the HTML source of the page the ZOO template is not "UIkit 3".

YOOtheme Pro is based on UIkit 3. Please set your ZOO app instance to "UIkit 3" (or a custom variant based on it).

Thanks for your reply,

UIkit 3 is not an option, I only have Default, UIkit, and a custom template. How can I add the UIkit 3 template?

If you don't have the templates, your ZOO is probably not up to date or was not properly installed.

To add the "UIkit 3" templates for all YOOtheme ZOO apps simply apply an update package.
Make sure to use the "Joomla 3.x Extension + Apps" package, no other one.

ZOO comes with "UIkit 3" templates for all apps since version 3.3.22. The current version of ZOO is 3.3.26.

The Business Directory app is part of the commercial package of ZOO. So an active ZOO subscription is required to download the "Joomla 3.x Extension + Apps" package.
