YOOtheme Community Day 2024 in Review
We just hosted our very first YOOtheme Community Day, and it was a blast! We’re absolutely delighted to have met so many amazing people from the YOOtheme community and are truly grateful for the fantastic feedback. What We Announced
At our YOOtheme Community Day, we had three exciting announcements to share. First, we introduced the YOOtheme Starter Plugin — a ready-to-use starter kit designed to make extending YOOtheme Pro easier than ever.
Next up was the highly anticipated YOOtheme Pro 4.5, showcasing all its new features. And… we unveiled a new theme package for YOOtheme Pro: Woolberry. It's the perfect starter kit for your next eCommerce shop. We’re about to drop exclusive sneak peek videos for both, so keep an eye on our social media channels – you won’t want to miss them.
Speakers & Sessions
A huge thank you goes to our amazing speakers. Niels Nübel from Kicktemp led two Deep Dive into YOOtheme Pro sessions, one exploring advanced dynamic content features and another focused on creating sticky parallax effects. Daniele Rosario and Miljan Aleksic from Zoolanders delivered an Essential Workflows session, highlighting best practices using Essentials for YOOtheme Pro. Lastly, Elisa Foltyn from Coolcat Creations presented Unlock Your Creativity, showcasing how to easily extend YOOtheme Pro with new functionalities using the new YOOtheme Starter Plugin.
Venue & Community
The YOOtheme Community Day 2024 took place at the Astor Film Lounge, offering a true movie theater experience — and we were completely sold out! We welcomed over 110 participants from 8 different countries, and it was amazing to see everyone in person, connect, and receive valuable feedback. Can you believe our oldest attendee was 80 years old? It’s so inspiring to see so many different people come together for our YOOtheme event!
Of course, we had some awesome goodies for all YOOtheme Community Day attendees, including exclusive t-shirts designed just for the occasion and some cool stickers. We even produced a video to showcase the swag. Check it out!
