An email with your login details will be sent to you right after your payment has been approved. If you do not receive an email with your order confirmation or login details within an hour, please send us an email to info@yootheme.com, and we'll check your order status.

Can I buy a single theme?
We only offer one theme called YOOtheme Pro. It's a Joomla and WordPress theme and page builder. Everything you see on the Joomla templates and WordPress themes pages are demo websites built with YOOtheme Pro. They are all part of the theme subscriptions and are available as Joomla or WordPress installation packages to get you started in no time.

Which payment provider do you accept?
We currently accept payments via Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Is there a free trial?
No, we do not offer a free trial. But you can try out the page builder online. We also have a 30-day money back guarantee, so you can try the full version of YOOtheme Pro risk-free.

Do you offer refunds?
We offer a refund to unsatisfied customers within the first 30 days of purchase.

Can I upgrade my subscription later?
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription by paying only the difference. Just go to the subscription page in your YOOtheme account and click on the Upgrade button next to your active subscription.

Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription begins with the purchase date, and we will charge you annually until you cancel your subscription, which you can do at any time. Renewals are billed at 100% of the current price.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using the product you purchased. However, you will not be able to access new content and feature releases, updates and support.

What can I expect from technical support?
With technical support you will get assistance with YOOtheme Pro itself, including guidance on installation, configuration and usage. Rest assured, should any unexpected bugs in YOOtheme Pro arise, our team will promptly address and resolve them.

What can I expect from priority support?
With priority support your questions will get at the very top of our support queue which will guarantee that they are promptly and favorably addressed before anyone else's questions.

What can I expect from premium support?
With premium support you will get extra help with anything related to YOOtheme Pro, for example, small customizations, custom CSS code, hosting and server issues and troubleshooting compatibility with 3rd party extensions. However, extensive and time-consuming customizations are beyond the scope of our support. It is up to our support team to determine whether they can assist you with such requests.

Can I use your products on multiple websites?
Yes, you can use our products on multiple websites. However, you can only update our products on as many websites as your active subscription allows you.

Can I remove the copyright information?
Any visual copyrights, for example the copyrights in the theme footer, can be removed. But it's not permitted to change or remove the copyright information in the source code. This includes all PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and Json files distributed with our products.

Which browsers are supported?
All our products support all recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari.

Are the products working with 3rd party plugins and extensions?
Our products support most 3rd party plugins and extensions. However, it is impossible to know whether all plugins and extensions work with our products. If a 3rd party software you use is not compatible with our products, let us know, and we will inspect it.
