Dynamic Content

Dynamic content in YOOtheme Pro lets you load content from Joomla, WordPress, and other sources directly into your layouts. Instead of entering text, images, links, or metadata manually, you can map fields from your content source to any builder element. For example, map a post title and featured image into a card, display multiple posts in a grid, or show products in a slideshow with images and videos.

Whenever the content changes, it automatically updates in the element itself and across your entire website. This keeps content editing completely separate from design. Editors can update fields in Joomla or WordPress without ever touching the layout.

You can map core fields like title, content, image, date, category, and tags, as well as custom fields from Joomla, WordPress, WooCommerce, ACF, Toolset, and more. You can also access fields from related content sources, such as the post author or category. Relationships can be drilled down across multiple levels, for example, from an article to its category and then to the parent category to map fields from deeply nested structures.

With dynamic content, you can create site-wide templates for any post type and taxonomy archive, including custom post types and custom taxonomies. Design blog pages, product overviews, events, search results, and other content-driven layouts dynamically.
