Browse the layout library and boost your design process by importing one of the pre-built page builder layouts with a single click. You can also save your own page layouts into the layout library and reuse them later.
Open the YOOtheme Pro page builder and click the Library button in the upper right corner. The layout library will open in a modal.
The Pro Layouts tab shows a list of pre-built premium layouts created by YOOtheme. New layouts are added to this online library on a regular basis. To load a layout into your current page, simply click the layout thumbnail. Use the filter options to filter layouts by page type and by the topic, type and name of the theme package in which the layout was released.
|Layout||Filter by the page type, for example contact or pricing pages. The page types are grouped into individual page layouts and template layouts for categories and posts.|
|Topic||Filter by the topic of the demo content, for example fashion or wedding websites.|
|Type||Filter by the website type, for example a business, magazine or personal website.|
|Website||Filter by the name of the theme package in which the layout is included.|
Note Loading YOOtheme Pro layouts requires an API key of an active YOOtheme Pro subscription.
The My Layouts tab shows a list of your saved page layouts and single section layouts. To load a layout into your current page, simply click on it. Use the Rename, Download and Delete icons which appear on hover to rename, download or delete the layout. The Current Layout matching indicator shows if the saved layout is identical to the one currently used. The last modified date shows when the layout was changed. Additionally, the search can be used to easily find the needed layout.
To save a layout, open the layout library and click the Save Layout button in the upper right corner.
To save a single section layout, click the Save in Library button when hovering a section.
To upload a layout use the Upload Layout button in the upper right corner.
By default, the layout loaded from the library will replace the existing layout. There are more options on how the layout is loaded in the lower left corner of the layout library. YOOtheme Pro will remember the chosen option and use it next time a new layout it loaded.
|Replace layout||The new layout will replace the existing layout.|
|Insert at the top||The new layout will be inserted at the top of the existing layout.|
|Insert at the bottom||The new layout will be inserted at the bottom of the existing layout.|
If multiple authors are working on the same layout simultaneously, YOOtheme Pro prevents overwriting the layout. If the layout has been updated by a different author, a notification will appear with an option to reload the page.
You can close it and resume working, but if you try to save the layout that was previously updated by another author, a modal dialog will appear. You will have to either save your layout overwriting the changes of the other author, or discard your changes and reload the page.
